How to use the webshop

Finding items

There are several ways to find an item:

• You can use the navigation tree to browse through items.
• Use the search field.

Shopping cart

When you click "buy", the item will be placed in your shopping cart. Here we show your items and the total order sum.
By clicking "to cart" you can change the content of your cart, finish and send your order.

You can only buy in full retailpacks.

Note that you can on the check out page save your cart for later shopping.

Checkout

When you have added your items press the "checkout"-button bu the cart information on top of the site to the right.

You can easily change the number of an item by changing the number and press the update button next to it.
A click on the cross symbol will erase all items on a particular row.

Be sure to check your address and the contents of your cart carefully before you send your order.

Note that you can give a temporary delivery adress if needed.

Also note that you can send us other details information if you need to let us know anything about wanted delivery or sp.

Complete the order

When you checked the content of your order click "complete order" down to the right on the page.

Receipt page

When you see the receipt page you know that we hade received your order. You can here see your order number. 

We will send you an order confirmation by mail as soonb as we have controlled the order.
We recommend you to print out this page for further reference.

Delivery

Delivery from our warehouse will (If nothing else is specified by you or us) take place within 3 working days.

Payment method

Can not be chosen but is already agreed from when being registered by us as a reseller.

Order overview

You can see your previous orders in the section "My account". When clicking on an order you will get more information on the specific order. You can copy an order and directly place it in the checkout.
If you click on the image of a truck in the order overview you will be able to track your order online.
